Classification, packaging & documentation planning

Planning begins with battery chemistry, configuration, state, quantity, packaging format and shipment context. YC helps assemble accurate product and shipment information for the customer and appointed logistics providers, including available test or safety documents, labels and packing details as applicable. Packaging concepts consider protection against movement, terminals, damage and handling conditions. Final classification, documentation and acceptance remain subject to current regulations and carrier requirements, so the plan is confirmed against the actual shipment rather than treated as a universal template.

Route & carrier coordination

YC coordinates practical shipment details with customers, forwarders and carriers selected for the program. Information such as origin, destination, quantity, timing, packaging, handling constraints and required documents is aligned before booking. Route options and handoffs are reviewed in relation to battery acceptance requirements and the requested delivery plan. Capabilities depend on the carrier, route and shipment configuration; YC does not present a fixed country count, free warehousing offer or blanket DDP commitment.

Shipment visibility & exception handling

Once a shipment is arranged, reference information and milestones can be shared with the relevant parties based on the chosen logistics service. If documentation questions, booking changes, delays, damage concerns or delivery exceptions arise, YC supports information exchange and coordinates next actions with the customer and logistics provider. Records are connected to the shipment and product configuration, helping teams distinguish transport issues from packaging, documentation or product questions and respond with clearer ownership.
